I was so exhausted after my exam yesterday that I came home and... watched a whole lot of TV instead of continuing to be productive. This does not bode well for Friday when I will have two three hour exams in a row. *flops*

Last year, in order to help study for my Torts final, I used Journey's End as a case study for negligence actions. THIS year, shinyopals challenged me to find a way to use Doctor Who as a case study again. CLEARLY THE ONLY RESPONSE WAS TO ASSESS THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF THE MASTER'S POTENTIAL CLAIM FOR REFUGEE STATUS IN CANADA. XD ( Read more... )
